The rights of shareholders can be devided into three main groups:

• Property:
  ○ right to a dividend of the profit
  ○ right of liquidation dividend
  ○ right to subscribe for new shares in the capital increase of the company
  ○ right to trade rights under the registration of a new issue of shares
  ○ right of free transfer of shares of the capital

• Administrative:
  ○ to attend and vote at the General Meeting of Shareholders
  ○ to receive updated information about the company in case it is not inside information
  ○ the right to elect and be elected in the management body of the company

• Supervisory:
  ○ right to request assignment of a registered auditor
  ○ right to protection of membership
  ○ right of action for annulment decisions of the General Meeting
  ○ right of compensation for damages and lost profits
